The jewelry of David Webb brings to mind several things: Dynasty, Elizabeth Taylor, Scarface, the grandeur of the 1980s.  It makes me think of socialites bathing in their jewels and sunglasses on the Italian riviera. It makes me think of casinos and Cannes.  It makes me think of Alfred Hitchcock and Federico Fellini.  Whatever it is, I am officially obsessed.

David Webb’s designs come at a very steep cost, however you can find these at auction for a steal as I did recently on a treasure hunt. Keep those eyes open, rarefied vintage jewels will be waiting in the wings.
