Copper metal is a pretty remarkable compound. In terms of cookware, copper has the capability to allow for beautiful and even cooking. This is because of its superior heat conductivity, you can reach very precise temperatures nearly immediately. It also has a great weight and is undeniably an aesthetically pleasing metal.
