He of the colorful, opulent frocks and pant sets. He of the punk rock meets glam interpretations. He of the massive hardware and tropical prints. He of the bold, Balmain-esque jackets.  He of the ladylike forms meets Berlin fetish club leather pieces.  He on the tip of everyone’s tongues who is in the know.

What can one say about Puglisi? He has a vision, a strong vision of the belladonna meets dominatrix.  He is what Versace was during the reign of Gianni.  He has an instinctive nature with his design vision. He is entirely straightforward and very unapologetic. It takes a confident person to wear these body conscious, sparkly, fetishistic forms, but when done well, you just admire the woman who has the panache to pull them off.
