Since I am holed up, sequestered in the oftentimes cold and dreary New England countryside for much of the year, I find myself turning to creature comforts often. These include, but are not limited to, blazing fireplaces, hot toddies, comfy throws, plush slippers, and cashmere sweaters of all varieties. My closet is teeming with the latter.

In fact, I truly believe, that this is one of the closet staples that you can never have enough of. I love them in the basic neutrals and then one every so often in an occasional splash of color. In fact, I love them so much that I will wear them around the house even when they have holes in them. I will love them until they actually disintegrate. This is how deep and fast my love of the cashmere sweater extends.
